All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once the parcel is shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

- 5-20 Business days for Canada, Europe
- 5-20 Business days for Australia, New Zealand

We provide FREE Shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

How can I track my parcel?

Once your parcel has left our Fulfillment Center, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your parcel movements.

Can you ship my order to a business address?

Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.

Can you ship my order to a PO Box address?

Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.

Can you ship my order to APO or FPO military addresses?

Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States, and to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.

What happens to my parcel if it is delivered while I’m not there?

Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbour.
